Breakfast not applicable. Location good. Friendly and helpful staff. Chalet well equipped and comfortable.
There were no instructions on how to access heating in the living area, consequently we were cold. The freezer needed defrosting, so it was difficult to access. Although we didn't use it, the oven needed cleaning.

The extras provided, such as bedding, washing up item's and soaps in the bathroom
Due to us being in the chalet over New Year and the park being closed, we spent a lot of time in the chalet and found the sofa very uncomfortable. Also, in the master bedroom the slats under the mattress kept dropping out and the shower in the bathroom has barely any pressure
