About this apartment rental
Our home is centrally located in the charming hilltop neighborhood of Mt. Adams, just about a mile from downtown Cincinnati, 3 short blocks from The Monastery Event Center, and an 8-minute walk from The View. The two-bedroom apartment (one king bed and one queen bed) is the entire first floor/separate unit of our well-tended two-family home with a private entrance and courtyard. We live in the upper unit. Amenities include wifi, Youtube TV & Netflix, Keurig & coffee pods, dishwasher, and hair dryer. Designated parking for one car is available on the street directly in front of the apartment.
We are within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, the Playhouse in the Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum, beautiful Eden Park, and the Krohn Conservatory. The apartment is less than 1.5 miles to Fountain Square, the Reds and Bengals Stadiums, the DORA (Designated Outside Recreation Area), and the riverfront parks and restaurants. Music Hall, the shops, restaurants, theaters, and bars of historic Over-the-Rhine, Washington Park, and the Hard Rock Casino are all within a 5-minute drive. The University of Cincinnati and Xavier University are within 4 miles, as are most of the area's many fine hospitals, including Children's Hospital Medical Center. We welcome families with children and have everything you need for your baby - wooden crib, stroller, and high chair. The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens and Newport Aquarium are both about a 10-minute drive.

Our stay in Mt. Adam's was the best! Our first floor apartment was perfect! The home is in a charming location for walking, exploring, and sightseeing. Upon entering the well appointed kitchen, it was obvious the owners took great care in both providing all you could need as well as tasteful decorations to make you feel right at home! The two bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with all you could need. There was a parking space designated, which is extremely helpful in this historic neighborhood with narrow streets.The entire apartment was immaculate! Thank you Laura!

Girlfriend’s trip to the area to see a concert at Memorial Hall. The area of Mt Adams is gorgeous. Architecture, walk ability, safe , great restaurants etc. This home was clean, comfortable , amenities in the kitchen and bathroom were generous and great quality. And the beds !!!! So comfy; sheets linens and pillows were top notch. We loved that the bedrooms were separated by the living room for privacy too. The place was very very clean with quality kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Thankful for a regular drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. Smart ! No cleaning fee and no work to check out was a nice bonus ! The patio, garden area out back was lovely as well. The owners live upstairs - super convenient and nice to meet the owners. Five stars for sure !!!!
