This home has so many amenities - two hot tubs, two swimming pools-one indoor, heated and one outdoor, a large arcade room with 20+ games, two outdoor firepits-with firewood, large commercial putt putt area, sand volleyball court, large commercial Little Tikes children’s play area with slides and a McDonald’s Playland Tower, an outdoor movie theater and much more. Guests have expressed that they did not have to leave the property because there was so much to do

Hosts were super nice and very accommodating. Communication was consistent and helpful. The kids loved the video games and indoor pool. The adults loved the down time without running around as the home kept them busy. We loved the extra touches like laundry baskets and hangers in each closet, larger garbage cans in bathrooms, lots of towels and the jukebox was a huge bonus! The distance to all of our outings was less than 30 minutes - very convenient. We plan to return!

I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. The host we’re very nice and always quick to respond when we had questions. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and were given a tour with instructions on how to work everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes we needed for our holiday meals. There was plenty of extra towels, blankets, and linens if we needed them. Our favorite highlights by far were the hot tub and arcade. We spent most our time relaxing in the hot tube or playing games. The big tables in the dining room were nice for us to play board games together. Each room had a tv and a luggage rack. My entire group enjoyed every minute of our stay. Just can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We will definitely be back!!!

The hosts did a great job communicating with us throughout our stay. The property is in need of a lot of maintenance, though. The kids could not use the play yard. It did not look anything like the pictures. It had exposed nails, broken boards, the sand underneath was full of weeds and animal droppings and the slide was dirty and weathered. The bikes were rusted and in poor condition. The putting green was full of sticks and stones and was not maintained. Our biggest disappointment was the indoor pool. It is kept at 82 degrees, but since their humidity control is not working, half the windows had to be left open to avoid condensation on the ceiling. Thus, the water cooled very quickly overnight and it was quite cool in there while swimming. They did raise it to 84 for us, but the air temperature did not allow the kids to stay in long. The game room is a big plus and the kids had a great time playing the variety of games. Lastly, be aware that the downstairs exercise equipment/bedroom/living area that are displayed in the pictures, are not included in the listed VRBO price. Great host, lots of amenities, but the property is run down.
