You can expect:
a spacious 3 room apartment, which consists of two bedrooms (2 double beds), a bathroom, hallway and a living / dining area (approx. 65 sqm living space) - all rooms are equipped with electric blinds (shuttering also guaranteed in summer & additional protection ! )
South terrace with beach chair (approx. 20 sqm)
small garden with about 40 square meters of lawn
Smart TV, free WiFi, stereo, microwave, washing machine, kitchen in every room, incl. dishwasher
Parking space in front of the house
central location in the center (within walking distance: shops, bakeries, train station, restaurant, Morsum cliff)
For a fee of € 15 per person, we also offer laundry packages (bed linen, 1x tea towel, 2xcl. Towel, 2xgr. Shower towel)
Dogs are allowed on request (flat rate € 25 per four-legged guest)

Wir waren rundum zufrieden:) Die Verwalter haben sich toll um uns gekümmert und wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt. Für zwei Erwachsene, Kleinkind und Hund eine gute Größe. Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber daher auch super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gerade für Sylt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt auf Sylt. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen. Toll ist auch der Garten hierzu. Außerdem hat die Wohnung sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Verwalter.

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Terrasse mit Strandkorb nutzbar. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Vermieterin ist sympathisch und jederzeit ansprechbar.
