Information for winter vacationers
Located directly at the valley station of the Smarragbahn there are connections to the family-friendly ski resort Wildkogel-Arena and the longest toboggan run in the world. There is a free ski bus connection to the largest ski area in Zillertal and Pinzgau. The Zillertal Arena is the largest ski resort in the Zillertal and stretches from Zell im Zillertal via Gerlos to Wald-Königsleiten and Krimml-Hochkrimml. On the 143 kilometers of piste and 51 lifts Ski and snowboarders will find a wide range for any skill level. After a 5-minute ski bus to reach the Kitzbühel ski area with 170 kilometers of slopes, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area can be reached within 45 minutes.
Information for summer vacationers
Who likes can explore mountain bike or e-bike tours the immediate area or on one of the many places to play a round of golf. (Next golf course in 14km distance (Mittersill))
Outside the door is the popular insiders paragliding and hang-gliding mountain "Wildkogel" whose landing site can be found next to the Smarragdresort.
The Wildkogelbahn in Neukirchen am Grossvenediger, will take you comfortably into the hiking area on the Wildkogel. With the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach you enter the area of the Kitzbühel Alps.
In the summer months, the National Park Summer Card is included in the price.

Right next to ski lift amazing place

Es ist eine Top Wohnung und hat Schlafplätze für 6 Personen.
Uns war der Kühlschrank zu klein für 5 Personen mit Lebensmittel und Kaltgetränke. Vieleicht hilt es wenn mann einen 2. Kühlschrank in der Saunaanlage installiert? Der Herd braucht ultra lange bis er Wasser zum kochen bringt .(Vieleicht falsch angeschlossen). Das warme Wasser in der Saunaanlage braucht ca. 10 min. bis es warm wird. Die Sound-Anlage und der Küchenabzug sind Top aber leider nicht zu bedienen. Die Beschreibung fehlen oder passen nicht. Leider zu kompliziert. Die Gaskartusche für den Weber Grill mussten wir uns im Nachtbar Ort besorgen. Zwar eine Kleinigkeit aber 1-2 Kartuschen zu stellen oder auch zu berechnen hätte uns Zeit und Mühe erspart.
Im ganzen ist es aber eine schöne Wohnung für 4 Personen die etwas Prosecco kühlen wollen um danach Essen zu gehen.

Wir verbrachten mit der Familie eine wundervolle Woche in der Alpenmaisonette und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein architektonisches Highlight mit herrlichem Wellnessbereich für die Entspannung nach langen Wandertouren. Dazu ein fantastischer Ausblick, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wat hebben wij genoten in deze fantastische woning. De foto’s kloppen helemaal. Ruim appartement, mooi ingericht, goede slaapkamers, fijne bedden, fijne sfeer. Alles is aanwezig. Prima locatie naast de lift in een prachtig dal. Wij komen graag terug.
