Wonderful property with a private courtyard that is located in a beautiful historic area of Palm Springs that is close to shopping and restaurants. The home is nicely furnished and equipped with all the amenities that one could hope for a short or extended stay in Palm Spring. Highly recommend this property to others and we would definitely book this property again.

This is a special complex. The condo has everything you need for a month or so away. The neighbours really make the place. They are kind, generous fun people who are kind to guests.

Our stay at Nikki’s condo exceeded our expectations!
The place has everything you need and is in great condition. The experience was simple and professional - Nikki went above and beyond to make us feel at home, including a guide to the neighborhood as well as the property. While she wasn’t in the area, her property manager made everything a breeze - we didn’t have a single issue during our stay, but knew we were in good hands if anything were to come up.
The surrounding neighborhood is like walking in a Palm Springs postcard, and there’s amazing food and shopping within just a few blocks of condo.
We were so sad to leave, I hope to rent from Nikki again soon!

Great location, especially if you enjoy walking in residential neighborhoods and/or hiking in the hills. Also easy walk, bus ride to the strip: take your pick. Roomy, well-designed, well-appointed mid-century modern apartment set in a human scale mid-century modern condo community. Lovely common and private areas accessible from inside through sliding doors. Lovely light inside. Views of the surrounding mountains. Fully functional kitchen. Loved the big custom shower. Responsive, helpful concierge and host. Everything for a memorable stay. Recommend without hesitation!
