The seafaring towns of Fowey, Truro, Padstow, St Ives, Looe, Polperro, Newquay, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and many National Trust houses and gardens are all within easy reach. Cycling, sailing, kayaking and horse riding are available locally. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

Very good place for a break, nicely placed in East Cornwall, close to the beach and SW coast path - great place to walk the dog (cottage is pet friendly). Well equipped and very clean.
Small issue was that the instructions to get there do not work when coming from the west (as I guess most folks do) using satnav. It would be better/in addition to add approach from Cypress Lane, up the hill, under the railway bridge and 3rd driveway on the right.

the bungalow was very clean with fresh towels and milk and tea and coffee on arrival, which was a nice touch, plenty of room and a large garden for our dog to run around safely, I would recommend this let to anyone.
