About this house rental
This beautiful Craftsman-style, four-bedroom, three-bath home is only minutes from the UO and Hayward Field, yet is tucked away in a quiet, tree-filled neighborhood, a three-minute walk from Laurelwood Golf Course. The house, built in 2007, combines a classic Craftsman exterior style with a modern interior and modern amenities, including a state-of-the-art heating and cooling system.
The kitchen features a walk-in pantry, granite countertops, and stainless appliances, including a five-burner Dacor gas cooktop, microwave, and convection oven. There is a maple butcher-block kitchen island with two bar stools for informal eating and chatting with the cooks. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, cookware, utensils, condiments, and spices.
The kitchen and dining room have a lovely hickory floor, while the living portion of the great room is carpeted. There is a cozy gas fireplace, as well as a large flat-screen TV. Just off the dining room, there is a wooden deck with a dining set and a natural gas grill.
The kitchen, dining room, and living room form a great room that is an inviting space to together, while the four roomy bedrooms and three bathrooms offer privacy. One bedroom and one bath are downstairs; three bedrooms and two baths are upstairs. The downstairs bathroom has a granite countertop, as does one of the upstairs bathrooms. The en suite master bathroom (upstairs) has twin sinks, a travertine tile floor, a custom tile shower, and a soaking tub. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed. The mattresses are high-end models and are very comfortable.
There is a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the house. The living room has Xfinity television service. The bedrooms have small TVs with Roku streaming service so you can use your streaming services, such as Netflix. A Blu-ray disc player is available for hookup as well.
From the back entrance of the house, there are three steps leading to the first floor. Once in the house, guests sleeping in the first-floor bedroom have access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and deck without having to use any stairs.
Eco-friendly soaps, detergents, and cleaning products are used in the house; most are unscented.
Recreation opportunities abound, including some within walking distance. In addition to nearby Laurelwood Golf Course, a hiking trailhead at the end of the street connects to Hendricks Park, with its famed rhododendron garden and 3 miles of forested trails. You can make day trips to ski, raft the McKenzie river, view the Pacific Ocean from the giant dunes at Florence, or mountain bike on the famous singletrack of Oakridge, home of the Mountain Bike Oregon Festival.
You can charge your electric car while at the house with a regular wall outlet or a level 2 EVSE.

We do not book back-to-back rentals. The house will remain vacant for at least 29 hours between guests so that it can be ventilated and thoroughly disinfected.

This is an amazing home in a beautiful Eugene neighborhood! The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the outside decks are great. We had a wonderful time staying here for a long weekend and would love to stay again during a future visit. Alex is an excellent host and I highly recommend booking this home if it's available!

Your beautiful home was ideal for our college friends reunion. Such a beautifully appointed and inviting place with perfect gathering spaces. Love your patio and barbeque area. Kitchen was roomy and fully equipped. Such a beautiful, tree-lined road to walk to a country club bar. 30 min walk to University campus. Thank you so much for a memorable time.

We all enjoyed this property very much.
The location is wonderful - a very quiet, charming street.
Just minutes away from a few neighborhood eateries (gourmet ice cream, wood fired pizza), and a big park.
The home is very spacious and well laid out. It is built with quality, and has comfortable furniture and beds.
The master suite is enormous.
It is very clean, and well-stocked.
