About this house rental
Come relax in Fecamp (76400).
Rent fisherman's house on 2 floors with an area of 40 sqm.
Wifi internet connection
On the ground floor :
Living room with fitted kitchen, microwave, fridge-freezer, convection oven, dishwasher and induction hob. You will also find the appliances for breakfast such as toaster, Tassimo etc ...
To entertain you while having lunch, you will also have a wall mounted LED TV 80cm (reading key usb).
First floor :
A room / stay with a bench BZ convertible in bed 2 people (140x190), LED TV wall 125cm (reading key usb, television by Internet BBOX), coffee table.
A bathroom (accessible by the room) with shower 80x120 and suspended toilet, hair dryer.
On the second floor :
A room with a bed 2 people (160x200), wall mounted LED TV 80cm (reading key usb), view on part of the front port.
In the basement :
A washer dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, baby equipment (booster seat, cot, pushchair, safety gate)
All windows are equipped with electric shutters. The heating is done by radiators with heat transfer fluid.
Free parking in front of the furnished (white zone) and in all Fécamp (some zones with disks).
* 100 meters from the beach and port
* 500 meters from the shops, 800m from the city center and the train station
Cleaning fee not mandatory in addition to 40 € (the dishes must be clean and tidy, the linen down to the basement)
The linen (bed + toilet) with bed made on arrival is included in the rental price.
Electricity: A flat rate of 15 kWh per night is included in the rental. The supplement will be charged at the exit of the tenant at the rate of 0. 15 € / kwh
Deposit of 30% at the reservation, the balance one week before your arrival, check of deposit or in cash of 500 € returned to the inventory of places of exit.
Possibility of renting in the month (winter period), short stays (to validate together according to period)
To do in Fécamp and surroundings:
Hikes on footpath, walk on the seafront, Museum of Fisheries, Benedictine Palace, Ducal Palace, Chocolate Museum, discovery of the Cliffs of Etretat, Casino ...
Possibility also with extra boat rental with driver (fishing trips, visit the coast with step on Etretat etc ...)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil!!!
L'emplacement de la location était idéal , la proximité des commerces était un plus. La promenade le long de la mer est à peine à 5min, un vrai régal. Nous sommes ravis. Nous envisageons déjà notre prochain séjour chez vous
