Cozy condo and Convenient location! Perfect for a couple or small family. Nice and comfortable 1bed/1bath. Ski-in to the complex and just steps away from the Snowflake chairlift! Sleeps 4; one queen one sleeper sofa. Conveniently located walking distance to shopping, dining and night life. Seasonal access to the Upper Village Hot Tub and Pool (8 min walk (0.4 mi) via Primrose Path and Village Rd.) or (1 min Drive (0.5 mi) via 4 O'clock Rd and South Park Avenue)

Not a bad option, great for it's location to the snowflake chair and the 4 o'clock run. The carpet throughout is weird, but it was very clean. However the lamps, bathroom fan, pictures, etc could have used a good dusting. So many hooks in the front entrance, which is perfect for drying your ski clothes. The bathroom fan doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned. Not a ton of cooking tools in the kitchen, but a full size fridge is great. You have to walk 8ish min to the hot tub, which is in desperate need of cleaning/fixing/updating, but I still went after long and hard days on the mountain. You just don't want to take off your shoes. The shower in the rental leaves much to be desired, but the showerhead is new and it's better than camping. Even if the shower head is only 5ft tall. The mattress and sheets/blankets desperately need to be replaced, or even a mattress topper would go a long way. Pillows are horrible, bring your own if you can. All in all it's great is you don't plan on spending a ton of time there, and if you can sleep on any surface/used to camping.

This place is perfect for 2-3 people. My husband and I stayed with our 13 year old son and felt that it was the perfect size. It was a VERY short walk to the Snowflake lift. Once finished for the day, we would take the 4 O'clock run down with only a few steps to the door of the place.
The hot tub and pool were easy to get to and had plenty of parking. You can also cut through the pretty woods and walk there.
It was a short walk to the town. Once you walk down to the town, you are centrally located to everything.
Some people mention that the place is outdated. I felt that it had interesting outdoor decor and I liked the outdated part of it. The only part I didn't like was the carpet in the bathroom. As a germaphobic nurse, this grossed me out.
Finally, the balcony was nice for a cup of coffee in the morning with beautiful views! In the evening, enjoy a beer next to the fire. You can't go wrong with this place:)

This property is in a good location., but it seriously needs work.
A major update.. kitchen supplies old and beat up, Kuereg doesn’t work, bathroom sink spraying water all over counters and floor. Kitchen faucet difficult to work, windows very dirty, sheets don’t fit the mattress. Kitchen table chair broken/back loose. We were glad we only had a three night stay.
