Stayed here one time before and found it hard to locate but it's worth it for the stunning views over the harbour and estuary plus it's a beautifully converted little place. Lovely bed, good mattress, slept well. Evidence of slight deterioration since my last stay a year or so ago- the hook came off the back of the bedroom door, there aren't as many house plants, but it's got a working kitchen, a nice bath, a lovely sit down area (sofa now quite saggy: when it is replaced, a sofa bed is a good idea?) and a log fire. So it's a premium place plus perfectly located for the high street and the nearby "Chintz" upstairs bar and restaurants yet away from the noise.
As above just an awareness of some wear and tear compared to my last visit, a few minor things need fixing (black out blinds on the bedroom window?) and consider replacing the sofa but still a jaw dropping view and special place to stay

Great location, spacious apartment, fantastic view of Falmouth harbour
Poor communication. Phone line is permanently engaged, no reply to emails
Not clear the pub below is only open as a cafe during the day
Can hear noise from event night below and you only find out once you have arrived, not at time of booking
Cleaning missing attention to detail, remote control dirty, push toilet flush inside looked uncleaned, no shower gel only shampoo and conditioner
Limited welcome items; some teabags and sterilised milk
