Recently being totally renovated, it boasts all the amenities of a premium guest house. Amenities include a state of the art kitchen with custom cabinets and granite counters, large dining room, 2 living areas, 1 woodburning fireplace, 1 woodburing stove, spacious foyer with attached conservatory, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Sitting on 1.5 acres of private land, it is a truly amazing getaway.'

If this property is available, you should absolutely book it!! The hosts go above and beyond to make sure everything is just perfect for hosting a large group. A fully stocked kitchen made preparing family meals easy. There is a large dining table for everyone to eat at together. The game room in the front, and the sitting room provided lots of space for people to spread out and relax. The kids loved the shuffle board table as well as the small playground outside the kitchen. They also played a lot of soccer in the front lawn. The bedrooms are all spacious and we slept 11 with beds to spare. I liked that the bedrooms were all upstairs so people could go to sleep early and not be disturbed by folks who wanted to stay up downstairs. The heart of Killarney is a short 10 min walk away, with many restaurants and bars to enjoy. This house served as a great launching spot for touring the region. We did 5 nights and were able to cover: Dingle Peninsula, Ring of Kerry, Cork & Cobh, and Gap of Dunloe.

Our family of 11 loved our stay at The Priory! The house is spacious, and both the house and gardens are beautifully maintained. We loved being able to walk into town for restaurants and shopping. Bernadette and Tim are exceptional hosts, who were very responsive to our questions and requests. An added bonus was having five more family members stay onsite at The Loft. I highly recommend staying at The Priory in Killarney!

The Priory was everything as advertised and more. We felt right at home from the begining. Tim and Bernedette gave more details to our basic travel outline, which allowed us to experience all the local and out of town attractions to the fullest. It did help that the weather was spectacular! We were able to hike, golf, shop and tour to our hearts desire. Met alot of nice people along the way. The Priory in the heart of Killarney is the ONLY way to go!
