About this apartment rental
Casa Julia is located in a former winery near the fishing and bathing resort of Santa Maria di Castellabate. The building was restored with great attention to detail and with special attention to the traditional Cilentan style. A total of 10 apartments are spread over the former main house and the three outbuildings.
The "Casa Julia" is about 70 square meters and is located on two floors in the former manor house. On the ground floor are the living-dining area with a kitchenette (dishwasher), fireplace, sofa bed and a bathroom with shower / toilet / washing machine. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (can be made into a double bed) and a second bathroom with shower / toilet. Both bedrooms have access to a small balcony. From the two furnished terraces you can enjoy the view of the sea and the hilly landscape.
Thanks to the attractive and cozy interior, the well-equipped kitchen, heating, wood-burning stove and the equipment with satellite TV, CD player and Internet Wifi, you can feel really good in Casa Julia even in the cooler season.
The house is surrounded by a 10,000 m² Mediterranean garden with a view of the sea and the Punta Tresino peninsula.
The center of Santa Maria can be easily reached by car in a few minutes, on foot in about 25 minutes or with the public bus that runs several times a day.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect if you’re interested in quiet evenings without the buzz of the town. The place is very pretty with high ceilings and the kitchen/diner is well equipped for meals at home. Edith was very helpful and a happy face to meet upon our arrival! All in all we had a great experience!
