This property is ideally located within walking distance of Dinard beach , great restaurants and other attractions making it very easy to leave the car at the house and walk to where parking would be difficult.Very quiet location with friendly and helpful hosts. The only reason I have marked 4/5 is because the property is tired and although clean, in need of refreshing (mouldy grout in shower/ rusty radiators/ sofa uncomfortable) which the host is trying to get rectified between bookings. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Close to all amenities, a short walk to the restaurants bars and the beach, the house was very well equipped and had everything we needed, . Catherine and Jean-louis were perfect hosts and made our first visit to Dinard very special.
