Quiet, in a beautiful landscaped park, this apartment harmoniously decorated and equipped with every comfort and air conditioning, is 10 minutes walk from the sea and 5 minutes from shops. It consists of 3 large rooms of 15 m2 (including a room where you will find a piano), 1 dining-room / lounge, 1 terrace facing west (in front of the living room) and a long balcony side rooms exposed to the east, 1 bathroom and 1 bathroom. 1 equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer) 1wc independent, 1wc in s. d.b. It is equipped with internet. There is a closed garage for a vehicle. For your comfort, you will find full closets (groceries, washing products, breakfasts and toiletries -douche and shampoo).

Our hosts, Yves and Agnes, met us at the property and were very kind and welcoming which included leaving some groceries for our first breakfast.
The apartment was spotless and spacious with everything we needed including mats and umbrellas for the beach.
Comfortable beds in a quiet building gave good night sleeps.
For two weeks we had over 30°C every day so the air conditioning was a welcome relief.
We purchased a two week ticket for public transport and are glad we stayed in this area rather than in the centre of Nice.
Thanks to our hosts Agnes and Yves and we would certainly consider staying with them again.

The perfect apartment for our 2 week stay. Large floor plan, great amenities, and close to everything we needed. Hosts met us on arrival and were very gracious as we had a 2 hour delay at the car rental as well as on departure. They were available if we needed anything, which we did not. Thank you for a great stay!

The accomodation exceeded the expectations what we had. The house was very well equipped, clean, well located, spacious, quiet and the communication with the lessor worked well.

The condo was equipped with everything we needed and the hosts even provided some food for our first breakfast which was very much appreciated. The air conditioning was so helpful with sleeping as it was very, very hot while we were there. It had a space in the underground parking area and it was close to the beach, restaurants, groceries, and shops. Yves and Agnes were wonderful hosts. We will definitely try to stay with them again the next time we visit Cagnes.
