About this apartment rental
apartment of 37 m2 with 1 living room including kitchen area, 1 independent bedroom, 1 bathroom with Italian shower, 1 WC with toilet area located on the 3rd floor of a small residence with south-east balcony, elevator, ski cupboard with dryer shoes
It is designed to be comfortable for 5 people
the apartment is offset between the entrance and the living room (ten steps) which gives it an impression of space (it benefits from a closed corner in front of the entrance where you can leave shoes and wet clothes)
In the living room a sitting area with a BZ 140 sofa, an armchair, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, dining room table with built-in extensions
a large picture window and a small window
In the kitchen area there is fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob (3 plates) and small electric oven with all the small appliances (normal coffee makers and percolator, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, blender, blender squeegee, iron etc ...)
Toilet area separated from the WC by half a partition
Bathroom with shower and sink (hair dryer and dryer for laundry)
Fairly large entrance with cupboard
Bedroom with 1 bed + 1 bed with drawer of the same level (these 3 beds are 90) a closet and a skylight window

He stayed two weeks in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Val, a 1-2 minute walk from the bus stop.
The apartment itself was very comfortable for 4 people (it would have been for 5 people).
The owner made it easy for us to arrive and gave us good instructions on what to do on arrival and who to turn.
The kitchen is very well equipped and a separate toilet is in the foreground.
The heating was also very good. The ski storage is very well equipped, shoe drying works well.
In the reality you described, the appartman is larger.
The host is very, very kind and helpful. We were so glad we met him personally.Thank you very much!!!
