Experience unforgettable days in our cosy studio apartment directly by the sea in the picturesque holiday resort of Bibinje, just about 8 km south of the historic city of Zadar. The 19 m² apartment for 2 persons offers a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a modern en-suite bathroom and a small kitchen and dining area with electric cooker, refrigerator, freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and dining table for 2 persons.
From the 8 m² south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent sea view and experience the fresh breeze directly on the terrace. The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. Bed linen and towels are included, and a communal washing machine is available free of charge.
The apartment is located just a few steps from the well-maintained sandy and fine gravel beach - ideal for children too. In about 5 minutes, you can walk to the town centre of Bibinje with restaurants, cafés, supermarket, pharmacy and doctor. A private parking space directly at the house is available to you free of charge, unfortunately pets are not allowed.
The Mediterranean planted garden with lawns, outdoor shower and barbecue area invites you to relaxing hours. Guests may harvest figs and grapes in the garden free of charge. For boat owners, there is a nearby pier that can be used as a boat landing for boats up to 5 m (availability not guaranteed).
