PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location on the western edge of Baska on the island of Krk and just 200m from the fine pebble beach. The house is located in a residential area without through traffic, surrounded by greenery and at the same time on a hill or hillside partly overlooking the sea. In the beautiful green and shady garden of the house you can unwind, or even organize a nice barbecue with family or friends especially since there is a nice dining area under a pergola. There are 3 apartments middle standards in the EC, 1st floor and 2nd floor for rent. All apartments have satellite TV. The two apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor are also air-conditioned. Pets are not allowed due to their own animals and out of consideration for other guests. The landlord couple lives throughout the year here on the ground floor of the house and will be happy to help you if questions arise or if the laundry needs to be washed. They speak excellent German, as well as Italian. The center and the old town of Baska are located on the other side of the bay, but there is in the district everything the vacationer's heart desires. On a 10 minute walk over the connecting promenade, past a giant slide and a campsite, you get into the alleyways and are surrounded by beautiful restaurants with outdoor terraces and sea views, as well as old churches, souvenir shops, etc.
