Casa Fienile is a semi-detached house located in a former winery near the fishing and seaside resort of Santa Maria di Castellabate. The building has been restored with great attention to detail and with a special attention to the traditional Cilentan style. A total of 10 apartments are spread over the former main building and the three outbuildings.
The "Casa Fienile" is about 75 square meters and is located on two floors in the former barn. On the ground floor are the living-dining area with kitchenette (dishwasher), open fireplace, and a bathroom with shower / WC / washing machine housed. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom with shower / WC. Both bedrooms have access to a small balcony. From the spacious, partially covered terraces, which extend on three sides of the house overlooking the sea and the hills of the peninsula Tresino.
The appealing and cozy interior, the well-equipped kitchen, heating, fireplace and the facilities with satellite TV, CD player and Internet Wifi you can feel at home in the Casa Fienile even in the cooler season.
The house is surrounded by a 10 000 m² Mediterranean garden overlooking the sea and the Punta Tresino peninsula.
The center of Santa Maria is easily reached by car in a few minutes, on foot in about 25 minutes or by bus several times a day.
