About this apartment rental
Our house is very quiet on the edge of the forest and is an ideal starting point for long walks or leisurely walks in the beautiful nature of the Palatinate Forest. The German Wine Route can be reached in a few kilometers.
The apartment is well maintained and with direct access to the garden.
You will find everything you need for a nice stay. We want you to feel at home with us.
One bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, on request with cot.
A room (8sqm) with sofa bed for a child or an adult.
A kitchen with dining area and open passage in the cozy living room.
A daylight bathroom with bathroom furniture, which offers enough space for your toiletries.
In the hall there is a wardrobe and a shelf with information folder and maps.
Each room has direct access to the garden with sunbathing area and terrace for sole use. There you can take your breakfast in the summer months and sunbathe on the loungers and relax. In summer, the sun shines until late in the afternoon. In the evening you can round off the eventful day with a good drop of Palatine wine. The garden can be lit from the apartment, in the evening.
A lockable room for your bikes is available

Die Wohnung vom Ehepaar Kroschl haben wir blitzblank sauber vorgefunden. Sie ist geschmackvoll und effizient eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, mit vielen schönen Blumen und herrlicher Aussicht über das Tal. Frau Kroschl ist eine aufmerksame und fröhliche Gastgeberin. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Pfalz. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig, ideal zum Wandern, Fahrradfahren und Erkunden der schönen Pfalz.
In der sehr gemütlichen Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben sehr herzliche und aufgeschlossene Gastgeber kennen gelernt. Dieses Adresse ist ein guter Tipp für Menschen, die sowohl Ruhe suchen als auch die Gastfreundschaft dieser Region zu schätzen wissen.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und haben bei gutem Wetter sogar noch die Terasse nutzen können - perfekt!

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Schmuckstück. Tapeten, Farben der Möbel und Textilien so harmonisch auf einander abgestimmt, dass es schön ist, die Einrichtung zu betrachten. Die Lage ist oberhalb des dörflichen Ortes Esthal und bieten einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Horizont. Diesen Blick durften wir in der schönen Wohnung von jedem Zimmer aus erleben, im Schlafzimmer sogar vom Bett aus den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Die Ruhe: Hier konnte ich mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen - nur Stille war zu vernehmen. Frau Kroschl aus Vermieterin: so freundlich, so herzlich und entgegenkommend. Wir wollen sehr gerne wieder kommen.
