Stop scrolling, this is the perfect place, book it straightaway. To wake up less than 50 yards to the grand canal with the stunning Rialto bridge is incredible. I will never forget this feeling.
The apartment is perfect, comfortable bed, excellent space for 2. The bathroom and shower works great. Good kitchen facilities too if you need it but there are so many fantastic restaurants and places to eat that you will want to be out and about. Venice was amazing for us and our 4 night stay at Casa Tella was perfect. Our host, Francesco, could not have been kinder or more efficient. He provides all the answers immediately and offers great suggestions to enjoy Venice better too.
No criticisms at all, we are a couple in our 60's that will book here again for certain.

The accommodation matched the photos and description. We arrived in the evening and the street felt dark and a bit run-down (mostly looking like shop storage areas), but it was fine.
I wouldn't recommend it only for people with mobility issues, as the staircase is quite narrow and steep. It didn't bother us, though (you just think twice about going up and down for a third time, and after a day of sightseeing, you’d rather just stay in :-) ).
The kitchenette is tiny. Sufficient for preparing breakfast (coffee was provided). The sloped ceilings might be an issue for taller people, We noticed some occasional noise from the neighbors, but nothing terrible, and it was mostly quiet at night.
The owner responded to messages immediately, and there was a detailed information book about the city available.

Cote de 9.2 surévaluée, à mon avis 7.2 y irait mieux. Les poutres dangereuses, les serviettes ont fait leurs temps et la toile dans la chambre qu’on ne doit pas toucher selon le proprio et qui ne ferme pas complètement
