The room was comfortable, check in was very straightforward and the staff on the desk was very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom was amazing and it had a great shower. Good parking and great location. There is alway a warm welcome and a lovely warm feeling when you enter this hotel.
We went to make a cup of coffee and the cups hasn't been replaced or cleaned and the coffee maker needed a good clean before we used it. We went to reception at 8:50pm to see about getting food/ pizza to the room but was told that wasn't possible as everything had closed up. We thought that was a bit early !!

Inviting entrance and hallway. Friendly helpful staff. Bedrooms are named after the holes and people associated with Royal Portrush Golf club! With matching photo framed on the bedroom wall. Very clean and nice touches in the rooms - Coffee/tea facilities, Glens of Antrim crisps, Proper shower.
