About this house rental
This 3BR, 2BA home with some blue water views is on a quiet cul-de-sac close to trails through a fern forest as well as to the beach and rec center with pool and tennis courts. Ground floor has open LR/DR/kitchen with views across a meadow, and the master BR suite. Second floor has another BR/BA suite as well as a loft/study with fold-out couch. Third floor BR (the Crow’s Nest) has panoramic views to the water. Private outdoor hot tub. Rental includes access to all Sea ranch facilities, trails and 18 hole golf course.

This lovely three-story house on The Sea Ranch, CA is a wonderful place to stay, especially during the summer when August temperatures are in the low 70’s. The spacious home has two bedroom suites, one on the main floor and the other on the 2nd floor, and a 3rd floor bedroom if needed. It was a treat to sit in the living room at anytime of day and look at nature through the several large windows (which have high quality and easy to use slatted shades.) There are nearby homes, but no structures impede the acres of living room view across a large meadow to a forest of majestic redwoods. Hiking trails abound in the immediate area and deer grazed placidly a few feet from the windows, seemingly unaware they were being observed by my wife and me.The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and all manner of pots, pans, utensils and glassware and there were numerous puzzles to work as well as a library with a variety of books to read.We can’t think of a more perfect place to spend a summer month and hope we're able to do so again.

Very quiet and comfortable. Hot tub was well maintained, better than other properties we’ve stayed at, but not very private so did not use. Living area is amazingly comfortable. Kitchen has an awesome selection of cookware and dishes. Awesome view from 3rd floor. Can’t wait to book this property again.
