Last minute booking and not a lot of money to spend, so I chose this hotel, some 200 meters from the free public hot springs in the center of town. Very warm welcome from the owners (mother and daughter). It was like entering an Agatha Christie novel, but without the crime. Beautiful furnished lobby, antiques all over, a nice wooden staircase and an old-fashioned elevator which worked beautifully. The whole atmosphere was from another time period, I loved it. My parents stayed in a very modern (4 star) apartment hotel a few miles away, with everything you'd expect nowadays from a suite, but they wouldn't have mind changing places with me, that's how charming the Palladion is. Best value for money in Edipsos!

The hotel is one of the oldest in the historic city of Edipsos and one of the most prominent up the hill overlooking the warm springs. It is very well renovated while at the same time retaining its original glamor with exceptional decor inside giving off an appealing retro feeling.
The room was well equipped with the necessary amenities and I particularly liked the vintage furniture there.
As expected with old buildings, there are some drawbacks, like in this case, the walls between the rooms were really thin and I could hear everything going on in the next room.
The big window door was not equipped with a net to keep the bugs from entering.

Palladion great place to stay and use it as a base to explore Evia and make lasting memories .
Staying in a historic building makes you feel a part of the place and allows you to have a peak in the days of glorious past of Loutra edipsou, while it has all modern commodities .
The balcony with great view of the sea offered us the best way to start the day , while the garden was the place to be in the afternoon!we enjoyed a spacious room with a shabby chic style with original furnishing.
The best part of our stay was meeting our host Mrs Olga, whose welcoming smile will mark our memories of our stay and make us wanna return again soon !
