Seabreeze is a delightful holiday bungalow situated on the 37 acre Linstone Chine Holiday Village comfortably sleeping four people and has proudly achieved a "Certificate of Excellence" Award on Trip Advisor. Its location in the quiet back row of the flat field of Brambles Chine section provides unobstructed views across the field to the sea. Facing due south the sunsets are spectacular. A short walk will bring you to Colwell Bay, a wonderful sandy beach with beach cafes and beach shops and the famous "Hut" restaurant.
Unlike most properties on Brambles Chine which were built in the 1970s, Seabreeze. stands out as a larger, far newer design, being built in 2007 to a high specification, and it's also unique as there are no properties built directly in front or to the rear and as such enjoys a higher degree of privacy and fabulous unobstructed sea views. You are able to dine in the bungalow in the evening whilst watching the fabulous sunsets over the sea.
Seabreeze consists of an open plan lounge / dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a 4ft 6" double bed and the second with twin 3ft beds which can be pushed together and this bedroom also has its own washbasin. Both bedrooms have their own patio doors which lead out to a secluded and peaceful rear patio and garden. In order to keep prices low for our guests you can bring your own bed linen and towels or the cleaning company can provide these for £10 per person if you prefer not to bring them.
There is a regular bus service a short walk from the site which you can use to travel around the island or if you would rather not bring your car to the island Yarmouth Ferry terminal is approximately 3 miles from the site.
There is a coin operated launderette on the site and also tumble dryers.
A small shop selling basic non perishable items can be found in the office and Freshwater village is within a few minutes drive away where there are a variety of shops, banks, library, pub serving food, supermarkets and a Leisure Centre which has an indoor heated swimming pool. Horse riding is nearby and also a golf course.
There is a children's play area across the field. There's also crazy golf, 9 hole pitch and putt,a grass tennis court and a football pitch for children.
The property is ideal for couples seeking a peaceful and picturesque location and also families and is set in an ideal location to explore the island.
