Our private and comfortable Guest Casita is part of a spectacularly updated 1950's Palm Springs Mid-Century Modern home located in the exclusive Tahquitz River Estates! The Guest Casita is perfect for short vacation stays and has a separate entrance from the main house and shares only one common wall. There are 2 adult owners who live on the property. The home is situated on a beautifully landscaped rare corner lot with spectacular panoramic mountain views! This light filled space will be your private Palm Springs holiday escape. The tasteful Guest Casita features luxury accommodations, including a comfortable new king bed, dining/work area, fully renovated en-suite bath, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot, dining utensils and a private patio.

Additionally, guests enjoy exclusive access to pool, spa and BBQ area. Private, secure entrance and carport/off street parking will complete your stay.

Lounge comfortably in the outside living area which overlooks the private large pool and spa (no overlooking neighbors.) Pool/outside has direct access from the Guest Casita. No detail has been overlooked.

He has done a beautiful job making this a lovely studio with lots of sweet perks and thoughtfulness. The backyard space is lovely and well maintained (not like many listings show old photos that haven’t been maintained over time). Enjoyed sitting in the backyard by the pool and in the seating area. Short drive to downtown area. Close to everything.

We had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is beautiful, very quiet and walkable. The hosts were top notch and very helpful. Having snacks and drinks when we arrived was a real treat. Comfortable, king sized bed, very clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor space really makes this place. A beautiful view from the pool, covered eating area, nice hot tub, fire pit and star gazing at night. I would highly recommend this place to others.

The house is perfect. Amazing backyard, pool and spa. Beautiful neighborhood close to everything. Thomas recommended great places to eat. Bar Cecil is walking distance and delicious. The casita was loaded with thoughtful amenities to make our stay extra special. Highly recommend this Casita for anyone staying in Palm Springs!
