This newly built modern villa of 308 m2 is located in the area of Monte Kope near Pula, at the entrance to the significant landscape of Cape Kamenjak. Sehr schönes, luxuriöses Objekt in ruhiger Lage (sieht man von den gelegentlichen Cesna-Rundflügen ab), dem es an nichts fehlt (vor allem in der Küche, z.B. Kaffee-Vollautomat Saeco Xelsis) und voll der Beschreibung entspricht. Für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gibt es auch vier Fahrräder. Lediglich die Außenmöbel könnten etwas solider sein.
