Excellent. Sectional is tired could use an upgrade. Layout perfect for 4 couples!!! Pool such a bonus beautiful views! Absolutely would stay here again!

Beautiful home. Great view of the lake. Enjoyed the pool. For such a large house, a larger coffee maker would have been nice. Also kind of disappointing to not have dressers or nightstands in a couple of the rooms. But it was an awesome house, nicely decorated.

The house was awesome, our issue was when we arrived the fridge was not working. They provided another small fridge but with the extreme heat we had to make many trips for cold supplies and ice for coolers.

This property has the potential for being great, but because it has large ceiling windows the property manager said it could not really cool the upstairs, where both kings, a room with 2 queens and a kids room were. At most points it was around 85 degrees. They did replace a window unit in the kids room, but that left a king and the queen rooms still hot. We spent $75 on box fans to be able to sleep once the window unit was changed to work. During a thunderstorm later in the week, the main master’s sliding glass door started leaking, spraying the bed and soaking the floor. (It remained wet and mildewy for the rest of the week.) The water has run through the floor and into the wall of the downstairs creating water bubbles in the paint. The owners said they were aware of the problem, but were waiting until the end of the season to fix it. Overall the house would have been perfect for layout and having a pool. The pool did help since we weren’t able to be cool the inside for quite a while. I can say we had a large party that rented 10 houses in the area and ours was the only one with major problems. The owner was somewhat responsive as we found the place with no air on Saturday when we arrived, but didn’t get a new window unit until Monday night. While a nice house, I would say it seems to be more for making money, than making sure the renters are comfortable, but we made due with what we had. I was just glad my 85 yr old grandmother hadn’t gotten assigned this house.
