The owners were very very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and super clean as were the other facilities. Small bar on site serving lovely food and drinks. Nothing was too much trouble

A little bit away from beach and town. Could have had more utensils and saucepans for cooking

A good location with excellent pool. Sadly the main cooking facility was broken. The manager said it would be fixed within 2 or 3 days. It was not fixed during our 15 day stay. After 12 days the Hotel claimed that we had not booked in and the booking is shown as cancelled on the Booking. com website. This has prevented us from leaving a normal review so that we could tell others about the managers incompetence and his refusal to return some of our money. We had been promised a working kitchen!

Booking.com were informed after 12 days of our 15 day stay that we had not booked in. I would like a clear explanation as to why this happened and why the booking is still shown as cancelled. The manager assured us that repairs would be done within 2 or 3 days. We were left with unusable cooking facilities for 15 days and deserve a substantial refund which the manager has refused to deliver.
