Excellent hosts, perfect location on the lake and 5 minutes walk into town. Great facilities including a fantastic pool, access to bikes and spacious apartment.

The apartment is very confortable (especially the bed), located on the lake side and at a walking distance (approximately 10 minutes) from the boat stop where you can catch boats going to the main tourist spots on the lake (Garda, Sirmione, Riva, ...).
There is a view on the lake and this is really great to enjoy the sunset from the balcony.
The Swimming pool is nice and large enough for swimming.
The building is very quiet.
The parking slot is pretty large.
The host was kind and helpful.
If you have a large car you will have to be careful while accessing the underground parking but this is manageable.
The daily rate was a bit high but the lake view was worth it.
