Armando and his family were fantastic - he helped us make reservations and was always there if we needed help.
Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.
The villa was in a perfect location situated close to two restaurants and a view you couldn’t beat to sit and have your morning coffee.
He also helped us reserve the electric bikes which is a must if you want to get around.
Service was brilliant and felt like home !

Posto incantevole immerso nella natura con un bellissimo giardino esterno e una vista sul mare stupenda. Molto silenzioso e calmo, un posto perfetto per rilassarsi respirando aria pulita e fresca.
Armando, il proprietario e tutta la sua famiglia, sono state delle splendide persone.... Cordiali, educati, disponibilità su tutto e la cosa piu importante, sempre col sorriso in faccia, che rende tutto ancora meglio. Io e la mia ragazza purtroppo abbiamo trascorso una sola notte li ma vorrei avere avuto l'opportunità di restare li ancora per una settimana.
Stanze impeccabili, tutto curato nei dettagli e super pulito. Colazione in terrazza con vista mare da paura.
Consiglierei questo posto a chiunque sia per la bellezza del posto e sia per la "bellezza" (d'animo) dei proprietari.

ホテルからの景色がすごく綺麗で、部屋からは島全体を一望できるパノラマビューが広がっていました！ホテルの周囲はとても静かで部屋にいる時もすごくリラックスできて最高。朝ごはんは奥様の手作りのようで、朝に出てきたレモンケーキがめっちゃ美味しかったです🍋部屋も綺麗で、タオル、ヘアドライヤーも完備。またイスキア島に来る時は、ここのホテルに戻ってきたいと思います🫶

the owner kindly offered to pick us up from the bus stop. From the photos it seemed to be a new bnb and the fact that it wasn’t close to the centre didn’t matter because we had organised transport.
You can tell it’s been recently opened because there are a few things missing and to be adjusted.
Per se the bnb should be rated a 6.5/7, but what makes your stay unpleasant is the fact they are so unprofessional. Be prepared for the owners family gatherings (dinner, with shouting singing, you name it) on the terrace until 1am (really great when you have to wake up at 6 to get a ferry). The villa is their holiday house, but they don’t consider the fact that they pay for it through the rooms they rent out and perhaps it would be appropriate to be more considerate.
But the real reason this review has such a low number is the fact that they tried to make us pay twice, argued about it on WhatsApp (professional much?), accused us of lying and asked us to send proof. The booking at been paid in advance at least 2 months before via PayPal through booking. I would suggest to the owner to check first with booking.com if he doubts that a guest has paid before throwing around accusations. Also matters like that should be sorted out face to face not on WhatsApp, we aren’t at school.
