Lovely property in a suburban neighborhood, quiet, clean, comfortable and equipped with all we needed for our stay. The owners met us upon arrival and were very friendly.
I did not realize that the distance to restaurants and cafes. I did not do my research. We did not buy groceries as this was our last two days in New Zealand. Not a problem with the property per se but was inconvenient for us.

The owner is very kind and friendly. There are lots of birds in the garden, which made me feel at home. The facility was clean and comfortable.

There was plenty of room, both inside and outside. Everything was clean and well-presented. It was nice and quiet, but only a short drive from the middle of town or the botanic gardens.
