About this apartment rental
Facing spectacular Mont Blanc, this is the highest and most spacious (50m2) one bedroom apartment in Arc 1950. Located in the Hameau du Glacier residence, it is privately owned, characterful and quiet with a balcony overlooking the village, the pistes and the swimming pools, and you can cosy up to a log fire every night.
Classified as a 'superior apartment' due to its large space and position, it includes:
Bedroom [Twin beds unless you request a double bed at least four days before arrival],
Bathroom and separate WC
Spacious living room with double sofa bed and fireplace
Well equipped open plan kitchen and dining area.
Electric heaters
Arc 1950 is a 5* ski-in ski-out pedestrian village built in the traditional Savoyard style offering great snow conditions.
The village caters for all. A crèche/children's club is available as well as the daily entertainment in the main square. All amenities are within three minutes’ walk of the front door including the Cabriolet gondola which can transport you to Arc 2000 in two minutes.
Arc 1950 offers a variety of restaurants, bars and snack bars, a pub and sweet shop with hot chocolates and crepes/waffles, a very well stocked supermarket, a boulangerie-patisserie, boutiques, ski equipment and rental shops, the amazing Deep Nature Spa facility and two ski schools. Massages, an osteopath, babysitters can be booked. A medical facility is available in Arc 2000. A helipad, visible from the apartment, is a few hundred metres away.
You will have free access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, as well as a sauna, a hammam, and a well equipped gym

The bathroom has a bath with shower, an electric towel rail and wall mounted hairdryer. Towels are provided for all, as well as robes and slippers for two adults.
The kitchen is well equipped with a small fridge with a freezer compartment, four ring induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all manner of dinnerware and cooking accessories useful for your stay.
You will find a welcome kit consisting of cleaning products (including some dishwasher tablets) as well as some tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, salt, pepper, dehydrated milk.
Free wifi, 1 digital satellite TV in living room, 1 TV in bedroom.
24 hour reception desk.
Washing machines and driers are available free to use in the residence.
Ironing board and iron are provided in the apartment.
End of stay cleaning and beds made on arrival.

Eurostar runs a winter service to the nearby station of Bourg-Saint-Maurice. From the back of the platform you can catch a 7-minute funicular (the ride is incuded with your train tickets in the cost of a ski pass if you have one for that day - it is advisable to arrange this beforehand for possible discounts or you can buy in Arc 1950) to 1600 and then a free shuttle bus straight to the resort . Should you arrive by car, secure underground parking is available right under your accommodation for a fee (to Effia)
Snow-sure Arc 1950 is part of the Paradiski area with its 435 kms of pistes suitable for all levels of skiers and boarders.

Très bon séjour pour une famille de 4 personnes dans un appartement très bien situé au dernier étage qui ne comporte que 3 appartements (pas de passage donc calme garanti !). Le cheminée est un plus très appréciable. La vue est exceptionnelle ! Un point très positif : la disponibilité de la propriétaire qui répond quasi instantanément aux messages, merci Nadia ! Nous recommandons cet appartement et y retournerons très certainement.

L'appartement est de grande qualité, la pièce de vie est un peu fraîche, car exposée nord, mais un bon chauffage compense ce petit inconvénient. Une cheminée fermée peut même être utilisée.
Le grand lit de 2m participe au confort du séjour.
De l'appartement, la vue sur le mont blanc est remarquable.
Nous avons passé une magnifique quinzaine que nous renouvellerons certainement.

Well kept, complete, and tidy apartment. Very nice view over the village Arcs 1960 on Mt Blanc. Not very spacious for 4 persons, but with cosy fireplace.

Thank you Nadia for letting us stay in you beautiful apartment. It was so spacious and had great views of Mont Blanc and the village. Arc 1950 has a lot of character and we had a brilliant New Years Eve with fireworks and live music in the village. Will definitely return to this lovely apartment
