Very friendly and welcoming owner who went out of her way to make our stay memorable. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed and an en suite with a good shower. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner. It was a bonus having use of the lounge with comfortable settees, and books and TV.
There was nothing to not like to be honest. It might help potential visitors to be aware that rooms are on the first floor with a rather steep staircase.

The place was very clean, our room was warm and the owner was very helpful indeed. We had a great meal in the evening at the Gamekeeper in Old Buckenham. The location was very quiet and peaceful. we travelled for a family funeral.
Really our only criticism would be that there was no fresh coffee - only instant - with breakfast. Maybe not an issue for many people but crucial for us! A pot of real coffee would have made all the difference!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. There is a gorgeous lounge we were encouraged to use where our extended family could relax, chat and drink tea - and wine before the party we were going to! - which was a wonderful surprise. It really felt like home. The breakfast has everything we wanted and more - it was huge!

Host was very welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean and tidy. Lots of variety for continental breakfast and a good attempt to cater to dietary needs. Characterful building.
Messaging from host and Booking.com led us to believe there would be a cooked breakfast on the weekend, however this was not so. Somewhat disappointing.
Although the heating was on, the room was cold as the radiator was at the far end of the room.
No fresh coffee, only instant in the room and at breakfast, not that nice.
Curtains were not lined so let light into the room. New security flood light illuminated the room late at night when other guests returned - although we hadn't noted an extra blind that may have helped.
