Located in the beautiful community of Caldera Springs, 4 Caldera Cabin is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 2,522 sq. ft. home has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, making it enjoyable for up to 10 guests.
Inside this luxurious cabin you will find spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with large windows, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and timber beam accents. Additional features of this beautiful home include:
• Views of Caldera Links golf course with a back deck that has patio furniture, barbecue, gas fireplace, and hot tub
• Open kitchen boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a 5 gas burner cook top
• Living room featuring comfortable seating, TV and a large gas
fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• Dining room table with seating for up to six with additional seating at kitchen bar

This was our first time staying in Caldera Springs. Usually we stay in Sunriver. We loved Caldera Springs. This house also came with passes to use all the amenities for free including the par 3 golf course, paddleboards/kayaks/canoes and of course the pool area. The house also had eight adult bikes. The house had a great floor plan and accommodated our group well. Due to a change in our summer plans, we rented this house only a few weeks before traveling. I assume due to that, we paid what I consider a premium price for this home. My problem is, if we are paying a premium price, I expect the house to be as close to perfect as a rental house can be. The kitchen floors were in really bad shape. That didn't affect the functionality, of course, but it was disappointing. We had to run the dishwasher cycle twice for each load of dishes - not because they weren't clean, but the the cycle would not complete after one go-around. It was similar to our own dishwasher so it wasn't user error. There was drywall damage in some areas and some of the carpets were dirty. Again, I just expected it to be in better condition for the amount of money we spent. This is the first review I have done on a property that includes anything negative. When the property management company sent us a check-out survey, I did tell them I would like to someone to contact me regarding some items of concern (which included the dishwasher). They never did :( I was just hoping to give them the information so that future travelers to this home wouldn't run into the same issues - I wasn't going to ask for any money back. We will definitely stay in Caldera Springs again, but would likely select a different cabin to rent.

Our family of six adults and 3 young grandchildren had an relaxing and enjoyable stay. All the bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms and were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked; only suggestion is to add a true 10 inch egg fry pan. All appliances worked well including the outdoor Weber gas grill.
The bonus room with bunk beds and living space is very spacious and located over the garage. The stairs to the bonus are through the utility room which we found to be a bonus, as we had three young toddlers with us and we could just close off that part of the house.
The cabin has passes for 10 guests to use the pool, recreation center, canoes, paddle boards, and Par 3 golf course. You can bring in your own food and drink to the pool area, or order drinks and limited food items from the pool friendly staff. The Lakehouse restaurant next to the pool has the best pizza in the Sunriver area. Bike and walking trails are well maintained. Caldera Springs is relaxing and quiet and we will certainly return to Cabin #4.
