Evans House Luxury Suite is a 1st floor studio fully renovated with respect to its more than 100 years old architectural design and a lot of attention to every detail capable of accommodating 2-4 people. It is equipped with a king size double bed with luxurious mattress as well as a 2 person sofa-bed.
This is one of the 3 apartments of Evans House. Its main entrance is shared with One Bedroom Evans Apartment and it is at Evans Street No 7.
All modern facilities are provided, luxury bed mattress, wifi, solar heated boiler, flat TV and A/C unit as well as washing machine.
This century old heritage stone house in the heart of the city is fully restored with all modern amenities while keeping its old world charm. Situated in an easy to park street you’ll enjoy being right in the middle of the all the historic and touristic attractions without the road noise.
The space was restored keeping two things in mind, to provide modern amenities and comfort and to maintain the original heritage character of the building. The architect went to great lengths to restore, reuse and recycle much from the original structure, reclaimed wood and original tiles were refitted.

The property was very nice, the check in was a nightmare we arrived just after 12.30am as the flight was delayed I messaged the owner to let them know we would be arriving late. When we arrived at the airport I informed the owner we would be at the property at around 12.30am with no response we waited till 2.00 am and started to look for a hotel near by but came across a cross a bar that was open and the lady in the bar called the owner of the property for us at 2.30am we finally got in the property
