About this apartment rental
Fresh, clean and just renovated! The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the Acropolis, near Koukaki famous area and can host up to 8 guests.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of the them are on the main fllor and the other one in the attic. All the bedrooms have air condition and a comfortable double bed except one which has two single.
On the living room you will find a relax sofa with a flat TV and a dining table. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (Nespresso/oven/microwave/dishwasher). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
Entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Syggrou Fix is the closest Metro station and the bus station is … meters away.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony
Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.
Transfer service and private tours are available upon request

We enjoyed our time here. The large porch was especially nice. The location is very convenient. We were able to visit the Acropolis by taking the metro, one block away. And behind our building, is a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket and several nice restaurants. I would gladly come back and stay here again.

The apartment was great and met our needs for our 4 days in Athens. It was conveniently located between the airport and the Port of Piraeus and roughly a 15 minute walk from the Acropolis and surrounding points of interest. Restaurants and mini markets were easily accesible. The 4 bedrooms fit our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids ages 7-11) perfectly and although we didn't utilize the kitchen much, it would have met our needs. We loved spending time on the balcony watching the city go by. A few things to be aware of: the apartment is located on a busy intersection, so you do hear some traffic noise at night. There is only 1 full bathroom (but we made it work without issue) and in the high heat of summer the air conditioning units sometimes struggled to keep up, however we were comfortable most of the time. There is an elevator to the apartment, but it can only hold a couple people or 1 person and luggage, so be prepared to make a few trips upon arrival and checkout. George was an excellent host; very responsive to any questions we had and helped us arrange transport from the airport and to the cruise terminal. Overall it was a fantastic space for our group.

Exactly what we needed and expected. George was quite helpful. We were able to drop off our bags early (3 hrs before check in) which was nice. the cleaning was a bit delayed but we were out sightseeing so it wasn't a problem. We had 8 adults in our party and the apartment had beds for all of us. It is on a busy street which wasn't a problem but one of the nights we were there there was a party across the street which was loud until 2am. Obviously, this wasn't something the owners could fix.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was exactly what we needed and was a good value for what was offered.

This property mostly met our expectations. The front area is nicely decorated and spacious enough. The AC works very well. It’s within 0.5 miles of acropolis hill. It’s very easy to walk to good restaurants (Tuk Tuk Thai restaurant was exceptional!) and site seeing locations. Check in was easy. Thank goodness for the elevator!
A few minor inconveniences (dirty pots and pans, not enough toilet paper for 4 people, dead plants on the balcony, a shower head that sprays directly out of the closed shower doors). But nothing that didn’t meet our basic needs. After walking around the neighborhoods, it’s definitely quieter closer to the acropolis, but for the price, the location is fantastic.
Overall, a nice place to stay in Athens.
