Le studio est très agréable et très lumineux. Des stores occultants permettent de l'assombrir et d'en maîtriser la température (à voir en plein été). Présence de toilettes isolées de la SDB par une porte coulissante. Antoine, ainsi que son père qui nous a accueilli, ont été très serviables et à notre écoute. Le lieu est un bon point de départ pour des balades en vélo (possibilité d'emprunter des petites routes assez peu fréquentées et plutôt dégagées). Permet d'aller sur Paimpol, Cap Fréhel ou le lac de Guerlédan/canal de Nantes à Brest assez rapidement. Également beaucoup de marches sont possibles.
Le coin douche est un peu spartiate, mais devrait être amélioré... Non adapté aux personnes à l'équilibre déficient en raison d'un escalier raide et sans rampe.
