The house its lovely, and has everything to spend a great time in family. board games, maps, pencils and even a little car for my son. Honestly a great time! Also really good location, quiet and super close to the beach. around 7 minutes from town or 20 minutes walking and enjoying the view!
the first room and toilet downstairs were cold most of the time. the heater isn't working sometimes (we dont know) and my dad was sleeping there and he found it very cold.

Comfortable house for a family break, very well equipped, sea views, superb location just a minute’s walk from the Martello beach. Check-in easy and straightforward.

This house, is superb all round 👌 Sea views and a lovely flat well kept garden.
Wonderfully clean and perfectly equipped. Loads of extra touches that make it stand out from others we have stayed in.
Location is perfect, a few steps to the seafront.
The owner was lovely and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend Seascape and Clacton-on-sea is a fabulous place to stay.
Absolutely nothing negative could be said about Seascape!
