Carlingford Marina Apartments

I went with 3 friends and was very happy with the accommodation. The girl at reception was very helpful. Bed was comfy and it was clean. Very short walk into centre. Lovely views of marina. Would definitely go back. Good value for money.

If I had to say anything there should be a few more utensils as we did cook a few meals.

The view and location was amazing. Everything we needed was here including easy parking, cooking facilities etc Beds were great, and shower room perfect. Few more hooks for towels would be great.

Felt a little tired in some places. Bedding and shower facilities were top notch and beds very comfortable. Just few tired bits and some splash stains around wood work, Walls and sun stained furniture. We were in number 8 (the Edge top floor) meaning we were next to road where RV’s park and the flat below us had largest patio so having window curtain open was really not that great as loads of walkers, downstairs and RV users driving in looked straight in. (Felt like it anyway)

Nothing, it was perfect

Beautiful part of the marina for the apartment location stunning views and only a short 20 min walk from the town of carlingford good value for group. Beds were quiet comfortable but I did not see any mattress protectors. Hot box saunas and sea swim very near which was brilliant

It was very outdated holes in walls , shoddy paint fix ups on walls smell of urine in the bathroom shower drain clogged constantly and left a deep puddle in the shower for a while before draining eventually and cleaning was non existent id imagine at the max all the cleaning done is a change of bedding. There was old food in the freezer from previous guests ( well freezer burned so it wasn’t recent) there was shoes, socks and dirt under all the beds and down the sides of the couches. Floors very dusty and dirty. The couches are barely fit for purpose all the cushions need replacement, cobwebs and dirt all over the windows inside and out. Mould on the ceiling and walls in the toilet and holes in the wall from door handle. Radiator rusty and outdated in kitchen. Disappointed overall as it is a beautiful area and if there was effort put into the upkeep and cleaning they would be just fab but I get the impression hens and stags use them for a quick sleep and don’t care.
