About this house rental
Breton Penty renovated recently, located in Roscanvel on the high Quélern, halfway between Camaret and Pointe Spaniards.

On the ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, etc ....) opened on a dining area / living room, with bay window, sea view.
- A relaxation room with mezzanine office, library and sofa bed 140.
- A bathroom (shower and sink) and a small laundry area with washer dryer.
- Two WC
Upstairs:
- Two small attic rooms with sleeping: a 140 bed and a bed of 90.
Outside:
- Small flower garden with two terraces overlooking the sea and two garden rooms
- Barbecue Area
- Close to beaches and strikes.
- Beautiful walks along coastal paths.
In 2013, the peninsula of Crozon has been awarded the "Outstanding Area of Brittany", synonymous with recognition of a rich and varied natural heritage. Between sea and land, exceptional landscapes to discover!
It is also a boarding point to the mythical islands of Molène and Ushant.

Deposit in cash or by check not cashed of an amount of 250 euros, delivered on arrival and returned on the day of departure after inventory.
- Cleaning fee of 60 euros if holidaymakers do not wish to clean, to pay the day of departure.
- Heating is the responsibility of the tenant and will be calculated according to the actual consumption.
- Towels are not provided.
- Bed linen is provided free of charge.
