Apartment of 135 m2, located in the Roches Noires building, 5-10 minutes walk to city centre. Newly renovated kitchen and two bathrooms.
Our place is on the ground floor with a very small garden in front. We do not face the sea directly, but there is a view to the beach and the sea from the kitchen/dining room. The apartment is family/child friendly in that you can go out of the dining room, walk down the side of the building (on grass) and then find yourself on the beach.
There is parking in front of the apartment.
Ground floor: Hallway, kitchen and dining room, living room (with stairs to 1st floor), bedroom (with queen sized bed) and bathroom with bathtub.
First floor (Mezzanine): Open landing with double bed and a kids bed (home made bunk bed, safe). Separate bedroom with a double bed. Separate play-room, on top of kitchen (open). Bathroom with shower.
All new appliances (électroménagers) in high quality.
Two TVs. Towels, sheets and bed linens are provided.
Note that the TV has very limited channels.

Appartement de 135 m2, dans le légendaire hôtel de Trouville sur mer "Les Roches Noires" datant de 1866. En bord de mer, et à 5-10 minutes à pied du centre-ville. L’appartement peut accueillir facilement 8 personnes. La cuisine et les deux salles de bains ont été rénovées.
L'appartement est au RDC avec un petit jardin. Nous ne sommes
pas directement face à la mer, mais nous avons une vue sur la plage et la mer de la cuisine et de la salle à manger.
L'appartement est bien pour les familles et les enfants à cause du plan et la structure des chambres, mais aussi puisqu’on
a un accès très facile à la plage (pas de rue à traverser).
Il y a un parking avec un portail devant l'appartement.
Les serviettes de bain et le linge de lit sont fournis.
RDC :
- Grande entrée avec dressing
- 1 chambre avec lit double accolée à la salle de bain avec
baignoire ancienne et WC
- Cuisine ouverte sur le séjour avec ilot central : lave-vaisselle,
cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, plaques induction, four, micro-onde
- Salle à manger
- Salon avec escalier colimaçon.
Etage :
- 1 grande chambre ouverte avec 1 lit double + 1 lit superposé
- 1 chambre avec 1 lit double
- Salle de bain avec douche italienne, WC , lave linge et sèche linge
- Salle de jeux sur la mezzanine
Tous les électroménagers sont de haute qualité et il y a deux télévisions dans l’appartement. Malheureusement, les TVs ont des chaînes très limitées.

The property is a wonderful old French seaside impact property great for family and friends.
Unfortunately the builders were there during our stay. We didn`t mind this but we did mind the excessive amount of dust entering the living space. We were only told about this a few weeks before the arrival date and we could not change the dates. There was disappointment but it was lucky we were out all day everyday. I am sure this was a one off and we would be happy to return.

We had a fantastic stay in this fabulous property. The location is incredible, walk out the door and down to the beach! We loved walking along the beach to town, just 10 minutes or less. There was so much space and wonderful light in every room. We all really enjoyed it, ages 6 to 80! The beach view from the kitchen and lounge made me smile everyday. We found every dish, pan, glass, and utensil that we needed to cook in the great kitchen. Toke is very nice and responsive. I highly recommend!

Een prachtig authentiek appartement op een toplocatie. Trouville is echt heel leuk (Deauville vonden wij maar minder) Honfleur vlakbij en is een schattig en mooi stadje. Nog zoveel meer te zien. Komen zeker terug.
