About this house rental
Rent pretty villa with swimming pool in Southern Ardèche, in a preserved, where it is good life, with superb sight on the vines. At the doors of the Cevennes, a few minutes from the charming and lively town of Les Vans, you will find all the amenities.
The house is comfortable and new. It is south facing with a large garden where the pool is.
The house includes:
1 living room with lounge (2 sofas and flat screen -TNT), fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer), dining room with 2 large windows giving access to the terrace and pool.
2 bedrooms with 160x200 bed
1 room with 2 beds of 90x190
1 bathroom with 1 double sink unit and 1 walk-in shower (hairdryer)
1 separate toilet
1 storeroom with washing machine
1 covered terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue overlooking the vineyards, 6 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas
1 private swimming pool of 4.5 m x 9 m integrated in the terrace and treated with salt, alarm and tarpaulin
1 private plot
Our wish is to allow you to relax in a beautiful quiet place, offering many activities in the middle of unspoiled nature.
This location puts you near many activities:
- River near Chassezac: swimming, canoeing in the Gorges, canyoning
- Many hiking trails in the Bois de Païolive, the regional nature reserve of the Grads plateau nearby, between plains, rivers and mountains.
- 5 minutes from LES VANS, its market (local products), its shops, restaurants, its many activities, paragliding (for a flight over scrubland and chestnut groves), equestrian center / hiking, via ferrata , bike rides ...
- Take the time to stroll through the beautiful villages of character: Banne, Naves, Thines, - Historical Center of Les Vans, Labeaume, Balaazuc, Barjac, Ruoms ...
- And enjoy good local products in the many southern markets and night for some.
- Beautiful caves and castles (Cocalière Cave, Chauvet Cave or Pont d'Arc Cavern, Aven d'Orgnac, Balazuc, Montreal)

Accommodation on 3 days out of season can be considered after agreement.
DEPOSIT: 30% will be asked to guarantee the reservation. The balance 1 month before the start of the rental.

The property is exactly as shown on the pictures. It is very nice and quiet. We enjoyed the pool very much.
