Easy to find, smooth check-in, friendly and helpful staff. It is situated close to 2 supermarkets and the hospital. There is a tram stop about 5 minutes walk away.
Towels didn't seem to stay fresh for long and the hospital helicopter was a bit noisy at times.

The location was good - near the hospital, tram stop and two supermarkets. There was a fridge in the room, which was very handy. A large shared kitchen was available for use with free condiments, tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The towels, although clean, didn't keep their freshness for some reason.

The location was very convenient for the hospital, the tram and two supermarkets. I found my bed very comfortable and the staff particularly friendly and helpful.

The room is big enough for two people. And the kitchen is good enough for preparing breakfast. I love the Panorama windows and I don't have problem with the parking lot.
1.The bathroom should be better. Especially the shower area. The poor light must change. And the window should be covered for privacy. Please check room 2.6
2. Although the bedroom is big and warm,but the light is uncomfortable.You have to get up to on and off the light. There's no lampshade at the bedside table.
