About this apartment rental
My accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers.
The kitchen allows you a perfect autonomy for meals.
Modern and pleasant apartment near the city center (10mn maximum walk), the Loire (100m) and its beaches.
Housing :
The house dates from the beginning of the 20th century, I have enlarged and completely renovated. It is surrounded by a plot of 4000m² closed and trees, where you can relax.
The house is attached to the house but independent with separate entrance.
If you come by bike, they will be safe in our garage.
If you come by car, she will be safe in the closed property.
Access for travelers:
You will access all the enclosed grounds.
On sunny days, you will have your breakfast outside at the birds singing.
You will have sun loungers to relax.
I know the area very well and I will guide you to enjoy the beaches of the Loire and walks, accompany you for a tour of the city and its heritage, give you the best addresses of the vineyards of Pouilly and Sancerre.
I can rent you at a low price 2 bikes to discover the "Loire by bike".
I can also organize canoe trips on the Loire and Allier with bivouacs on the islands.
Sensitive to ecology and sustainable development, hot water is solar, rainwater supplies toilets, I produce photovoltaic energy, my garden and my fruit trees do not undergo any treatment. A small chicken coop with some hens decorates the garden.

Proche de la charité sur Loire. Joli village. Location très propre et bien aménagée pour un couple. Je recommande ce lieu à d autres personnes.

la location correspond a l'annonce , bon accueil de Gérard.
Endroit reposant a 200 m de la Loire.
Nombreuses sorties autour de la Charité sur Loire.
Peut etre a une prochaine visite.
