About this apartment rental
Quiet 110 m² large and sunny, light-flooded apartment on the southern slope with excellent and absolutely unobstructed all-round view.

Non smoking and low allergen apartment, therefore well suited for allergy sufferers. South-facing balcony and the possibility to smoke on the balcony. Beautiful mountain panorama.
Only about 20 minutes by car to Lake Constance.
Approximately 15 sqm balcony
1 spacious living room with Sony UHD 55 inch (= 139cm screen size) satellite TV, Blu-ray and DVD player and Yamaha hi-fi system with CD player, additional PC with the possibility to use the Internet via power LAN and WiFi. Exit to the south-facing balcony.
1 bedroom with double bed / wardrobe and balcony, 50 inch (1.23 m screen size) flat screen with satellite TV and Sony and Yamaha hi-fi system
Bathroom with toilet and corner bath, mirror cabinet with 2 sinks, hair dryer, washing machine, including separate toilet.
1 spacious room with double bed / wardrobe and desk
Large hall with wardrobe.
Modern fitted kitchen with large fridge / freezer, with additional cooling pull-out for drinks and vegetables, Saeco fully automatic coffee machine, microwave, new Bosch dishwasher, Braun kitchen machine with extensive equipment, additional large Philips blender, extensive crockery and cutlery, bread maker and adjacent dining area, water out own natural source.

Our apartment is in an absolutely quiet location right at the beginning of the Bregenzerwald with a wonderful view to the Alps.
Nevertheless, the apartment is very conveniently located and offers the possibility of numerous excursions.
You can reach the beautiful Lake Constance with the city of Bregenz in about 20 minutes. The nearby Switzerland with the Swiss shore of Lake Constance, the Appenzeller Land and the Allgäu with the island of Lindau are only a stone's throw away.
We are aware of a certain oil responsibility, so we heat our central heating with the renewable raw material wood, our spring water comes from our own mountain spring and contains no chlorine. Instead, it is treated with UV light. That is why it has a high drinking quality and is balm for the skin. (It is also checked twice a year independently) and we obtain our electricity from hydropower.

We had a very nice week. The apartment contains everything you need and much more than that! The view from the apartment is magnificent! It is very quit and peaceful! The owner is very nice and helpful! He even arranged sleds for our kids! The ski area of Mellau/Damüls is half an hour away. This is very doable! Highly recommended to go there! We look back with pleasure on this vacation!

Philipp welcomed us and showed us the property with calmness and care. Took the time, which was very nice. The appartement itself is roomy, well equipped and very comfortable. The view from te balcony is tremendous! Also nice hiking just out of the frontdoor. We had a fantastic week. Our daughters, 4 and 7 years didn't want to leave at all. Thank you Philipp.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet und mit einem sagenhaften Ausblick vom Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine erholsame Zeit verbracht . Der Check -In und Check-Out verlief beim Gastgeber Philip reibungslos. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Alberschwende ca 2 km entfernt . Diese Ferienwohnung werden wir auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen.

Great place to stay if you like Alps scenery. Good beds and place was better than we hoped. Most likely try to visit again if having Alps holiday again.
