About this cottage rental

Ground floor: living room with sitting area (stove), kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and a travel cot.
Bathroom.
Separate toilet.
Terrace.
1,500 m² enclosed garden with an enclosed pond below.
Carport.
Large 180 m² covered courtyard with 1 toilet, a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and various games (badminton, etc.).
Family meals are possible under this covered courtyard: €150 supplement (payable directly to the owner) for the provision of tables and chairs (up to 50 people).
Electric vehicle charging station 10 km away (no outlet on site, and if plugged in, there is a €10 supplement per charge).
For business guests, cleaning is mandatory. On a 50-hectare property, this fully restored cottage is surrounded by fields in a very peaceful setting.
You're sure to spot wild animals such as deer or hares from the cottage.

Nous avons réservé cette maison pour un week-end entre amis et nous avons été très bien reçu par les hôtes.
Maison propre, équipement de la maison au top (barbecue, table de ping-pong, baby foot).

Gîte spacieux, propre, idéalement situé pour amateurs de séjour au calme à la campagne. Propriétaires très agréable ainsi qu'arrangeant.A refaire!

This lovely property is off the beaten path just outside of the small town of Mauves-sur-Huisne. The house is as it looks and has ample space for 12 people. The owners are absolutely lovely and on hand to answer any questions and recommend local excursions. Lovely Belleme is just a 15 minute drive away for shopping and strolling. We stayed in mid-February, and the weather was rainy, cold but the house was cozy and lovely. Bonus - pick up some carrots for the onsite donkey Idyll! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
