About this house rental
You are looking for a large house in the south of France, to spend holidays with family or friends.
We offer you our 160m² villa, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. The 600m² garden and the terrace will welcome you for your moments of relaxation and your large meals around barbecue grills or pizza evenings.
You like the sea, you will be 10 minutes by car from the beaches of the Blue Coast (Niolon, Carry le Rouet, Sausset les Pins, La Couronne (camping paradise beaches, etc.).
You prefer walks on the Provencal markets or in museums, you will be at the crossroads of the major Provencal cities: 25 min from Aix en Provence, Marseille (MUCEM ...) or Arles (Departmental Museum of Ancient Art ...); 1 hour from Avignon or Saint Rémy de Provence.
You are more like hiking or mountain biking in the hills, you can take advantage of the paths of the Nerthe massif, the creeks, the Barlatier protected site or even the Sainte-Victoire.
The house has:
- upstairs: 2 bedrooms (a sofa folded out in 140 and a bed in 160), 1 bathroom / WC
- on the ground floor: 3 bedrooms (one 130 and two 140 beds), 1 large living room of 50 m² (TV), 1 fitted kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, 1 utility room (freezer, washing machine and dryer) + 1 large terrace.
We can provide you with everything you need for your young children: folding bed, playpen, high chair, maxicosi. (possibly a 90 cm mattress to be placed on the floor). The garden can be closed by a gate to further secure the children's play area.
The house has a large driveway closed by a gate and can hold up to 5 cars.

Villa conforme aux attentes avec beaucoup d'espace et un très grand jardin bien équipé et surtout bien sécurisé quand il y a 4 enfants.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine a deux familles.
Les propriétaires étais très accueillant et sympathique, nous avons eut à notre disposition tous le nécessaire pour le dernier enfant de 1 an (lit, parc etc...)
