+ 3 min walk to sea, restaurant and cafe + 20 min walk to city center Novalja + hosts are kind and always available to help + terrace for hanging out in the evening is nice + comfortable beds, nice apartments + apartments have everything you need for a short stay (but you have to buy some basic things like detergent, salt, pepper, oil)
- apartments are in the same house as other guests and hosts, so if you want to hang out with music playing you have to leave after 10pm to not disturb others, which is a + if you want silence in the evening - hot tub is 10€/hour and is not included in the rent - mosquitos :/ - one of the beds had bed bugs and two friends got lots of bites on their legs and stomach. hosts sprayed the beds and bought cream for bites.
