The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building, equipped with a lift and porter, in the district of Mergellina, one of the most beautiful areas of the city, in a street parallel to the promenade of Via Caracciolo, 200 meters from two stations underground and 100 meters from the wharf where land the hydrofoils for the islands. Because of its central location, allows to reach the various areas of the city quickly. The station at 300 m away from the Mergellina is well connected with the whole railway network, the apartment was completely renovated in early 2011, and was divided into two zones, the first used as a bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed with orthopedic mattress, the second, a lounge, is provided with a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The bathroom has been completely refurbished including a magnificent emotional shower with hydromassage,

My hubby and I stayed here days. And what a lovely surprise. The place is perfectly situated, with many restaurants nearby. We were able to take local public transportation to the center with ease. Our host was easily accommodating and the apartment had everything needed to get started, plus there grocery and fruit stands nearby. The building is sn old papacies that is quite elegant. Definitely would stay here again!

L'appartement est très bien situé et accessible facilement en métro pour sillonner Naples. Supérette et bons restos pas loin. Nous avons occupé la chambre en mezzanine avec lit double et un enfant dans le lit d'appoint, ainsi que le canapé lit dans le salon au rez de chaussé. Pratique donc pour une famille. Cuisine et salle de bain bien équipées. Hôte très réactif et accueil sympathique.
Nous avons juste trouvé le lit double un peu grinçant et mou, mais rien de bloquant c'est une question de goût.
Nous recommandons donc l'appartement ! Bon séjour !

Die Wohnung war wie auf der Homepage beschrieben. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Vermieter (Chiara) war sehr freundlich. Mitten im Zentrum, ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

My girlfriend and I stayed in this superb apartment in September 2011. It is situated in a grand,historic building in one of the best parts of Naples, It is only 200 yards to the yachting marina where you can catch a boat to the islands,buy fresh fish straight out of the sea or enjoy delicious cakes and ice-creams at Ciros. The beautiful Mergellina train station is only 200 yards in the opposite direction and Santa Lucia, with its restaurants on Via Partenope and under Castel DelOvo is only a short bus ride away.The apartment is very clean and elegantly furnished and decorated. The high ceilings (approx 7m),large windows,and large marble tiles give the apartment a palatial feel. The air-con is new and the gas cooker is in excellent working order. The apartment is very quiet and very secure.We found the owners very easy to deal with. Everthing was correct and proper,very professional. We normally stay in the hotels on Via Partenope but from now on we will try and book this apartment. For a combination of price,quality and location you will not beat this apartment. We highly recommend it.
